Management


The corporate management functions of UFC are handled through Golden Ocean Management AS in Oslo, Norway.

The day to day management functions of the company including Chartering and Operations are handled by representative
offices in Singapore, Dubai and New York in conjunction with the office in Oslo.

Our geographically well placed management teams, along with a network of agents in strategic locations, allow us to provide
around the clock service to our diverse customer base no matter where they are located.

Services

United Freight Carriers (UFC) is a full service dry cargo vessel operator and logistics service provider. UFC operates in the
sub panamax sector with special emphasis on Handy and Ultramax bulk carriers.

In addition to expertly carrying bulk and bagged commodities in the most cost effective and expeditious way, we can arrange
for bulk discharge, bagging and inland deliveries of a wide range of commodities as well as complex industrial projects.
Our experienced team of dedicated professionals stands ready to assist our business partners in planning and
executing their logistics requirements.

The Chartering team works with our Clients to fully understand their requirements and to provide the specific services
they require.

The Operations team helps our Clients in planning and executing the operations and in optimizing the process.

The team of Port Captains attends load ports, discharge ports and inland destinations to ensure our Clients’ valuable cargo is
always well cared for.
